Совет директоров Банка России на заседании 11 сентября принял решение сохранить ключевую ставку на текущем уровне в 14% годовых. Это стало первой паузой в полуторагодичном цикле смягчения денежно-кредитной политики. Такое решение регулятора ожидало большинство – 23 из 30 – опрошенных «Ведомостями» экономистов. При этом семь аналитиков допускали в сентябре снижение ставки на 25 базисных пунктов (б. п.) до 13,75%, один не исключал даже более решительного шага снижения – на 50 б. п.
