Минфин готовит изменения в законодательство, которые позволят региональным компаниям с долей госучастия проводить первичное размещение акций (IPO), рассказал директор департамента финансовой политики ведомства Алексей Яковлев на форуме РБК «Кэпитал маркетс». Минфин может обратиться в Госдуму с соответствующими изменениями уже в осеннюю сессию: инициативу планируют включить в состав федерального проекта по развитию финансового рынка, уточнил он в кулуарах журналистам.
