Tata’s financials under Chandra

The Tata group has performed quite well in the last nine years under N Chandrasekaran. This is reflected in the net worth of Tata Sons growing at a healthy 19 per cent CAGR over the last nine years. The group’s revenue and profitability have improved dramatically since FY25, helped largely by Tata Motors, even as the group leader, TCS declared sluggish financials. Debt has been under control while investors have been adequately rewarded.
