Регионы смогут передать функции по выплате пособий Соцфонду с 2027 года

Регионы смогут передавать территориальным органам Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования функции по выплате пособий и субсидий, которые предусмотрены нормативно-правовыми актами субъектов. Изменения вошли в законопроект Министерства труда и социальной защиты, его одобрила правительственная комиссия по законопроектной деятельности. Об этом «Ведомостям» сообщили два источника: один – близкий к комиссии, второй – в Белом доме.

КС может пересмотреть норму о компенсации за наем жилья военным

Об этом 16 марта сообщил вице-премьер Дмитрий Григоренко на совещании по итогам контрольно-надзорной деятельности (КНД) в 2025 г. Количественное снижение касается как плановых, так и внеплановых мероприятий, отметил он. Например, число первых уменьшилось до 35 000 (-13%) после 40 000 годом ранее. Количество внеплановых проверок сократилось на 6% до 238 000 после 254 000 в 2024 г.
